It starts with your people and the tools in front of them, and grows only as far as you need. The workshop is the core, and everything else is there if it helps.
A team workshop
A half day or full day session with your team, hands on with ChatGPT and Claude on the work they actually do. Everyone leaves with a way of working they can use the next morning, and a short reference sheet to keep.
Account setup
If you want it, we set up your ChatGPT and Claude team accounts, sort the billing, and put sensible governance in place, so the tools are ready before the workshop begins rather than something to wrestle with afterwards.
Australian data residency
For teams that cannot send data offshore, we configure access through AWS or Azure inside your own Australian cloud account, so your prompts and documents stay in the country. You own the account, and we hand it over set up and documented.
A monthly call afterwards
An optional call once a month after the workshop, for the questions that only surface once people start using this for real work. You keep it for as long as it earns its place, and stop it whenever it does not.

Setup around it, where it helps
Where you need it, we put the accounts and the Australian data residency in place before or after the workshop, so nothing is left half done and nobody is locked out on the day.
A call now and then
If you want someone in your corner as it beds in, we keep a monthly call open. If a course or the mentorship would serve you better than another invoice, we will say so.
